By accessing or using RoidNet OTP ("the Service"), operated by RoidNet ("the Company"), headquartered at Merkez, Halaskargazi Cd. No:153, 34381 Şişli/İstanbul, Turkey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RoidNet OTP is a cloud-based API service that enables developers and businesses to send one-time passwords (OTPs) to end-users via WhatsApp. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed via Freemius, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Freemius's terms and conditions. All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control (including WhatsApp platform changes) may cause downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by RoidNet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoidNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breaches of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
