RoidNet ("we", "our", or "us"), headquartered at Merkez, Halaskargazi Cd. No:153, 34381 Şişli/İstanbul, Turkey, operates the RoidNet OTP service at otp.roidnet.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable Turkish and EU data protection laws.

When you create an account, we collect only the following information:

  • Email address — used for account identification and communication.
  • Password — stored as a secure hash; we never store your plain-text password.
  • Company name — used for billing and account identification purposes.

We do not collect any other personal data, including phone numbers, payment card details (handled entirely by Freemius), or behavioral tracking data beyond basic usage logs.

We use the data we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, account notifications).

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting. Data is processed under their privacy policy.
  • Freemius — payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record). Freemius collects and processes billing information on our behalf under their own privacy policy.

We do not share your personal data with these processors beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
